Vintage Laundry Hamper Wicker Atomic Starburst Hollywood Regency Mid Century Mcm. Please read
Approximately 20" wide x 12" deep x 26" tall
This mid-century hamper is so retro cool.
It is white, but it may have been repainted in the past, as the starburst has what looks like a little bit of paint overspray on it. In addition the starburst has a small end broken off. (See pictures). It also has a bit of tarnish/green on it when you look closely at it. Again please see pictures.
The wicker is in overall good shape for its age. There are a few scuff marks. One area has a few canes broken. Again, see pictures.
The lid had a screw missing and whoever put the new one on cracked the area near the screw under the lid. See picture. In addition, the top of the lid has the remains of the plastic padded upholstery cushion that was on top of the lid. You will either have to add your own cushion or take the remaining cushion cover off. It was glued on.
Under the lid, the left cork? Wood? Small circular stopper is missing, (not really needed) but most likely you will want to put new ones or remove the right one, or even do nothing, since you don't really see it anyways. ( See pictures)
